The name “Four Corners” refers to the intersection of US-191, Montana Highway 84 and Montana Highway 85. Several waterways flow through the community, including the Gallatin River on the west end of town, in addition to Dry Creek, Hyalite Creek and Hulbert Ditch. Four Corners is home to the Authur Post Agronomy Farm within the College of Agriculture of Montana State University. Le Petit Chateau is an attractive outdoor wedding venue in town, not far from the golf course Black Bull.
